When ordering shrimp/snails you must select a live shrimp/snail delivery service

Shrimp can be ordered on a Monday to arrive Tuesday or a Wednesday to arrive Thursday, orders must be placed before 12pm. You must be in ready to take in the delivery before 1pm on your selected day.

If any deaths are noticeable before opening the bag a photograph must be taken and sent immediately (we add 10% extra shrimp to the bag incase of this rare occurrence)

We advise drip acclimating shrimp/snails for a minimum of 2 hours.

Any further deaths must be reported via photograph and quantity we have a 24 hour guarantee where if there is a higher than 10% loss the losses will be refunded. To qualify for this guarantee you must also perform a full water test including a TDS reading this must be photographed in the same image of the lost shrimp

Please do your research before buying shrimp as some have different needs to others.

In our listing we will state our water parameters so you are able to match these in your own aquarium.

When ordering fish you must select APC overnight delivery service

Fish can be ordered on a Wednesday to arrive Thursday, orders must be placed before 12pm. You must be in ready to take in the delivery before 1pm on your selected day, if delivery is not possible the fish will be taken to and given away to the nearest aquatic store.

If any deaths are noticeable before opening the bag a photograph must be taken and sent immediately.

We offer a 24 hour livestock guarantee. To qualify for this guarantee you must perform a full water test (no strips)

A clear video of the dead fish must then be sent to us, the test results must also be shown in the video
